​Blue Ridge Marron is locally owned and operated, based in Manjimup, Western Australia, the heart of the Southern Forests region. Renowned for its pristine countryside, fine wines and premium produce.

Since 2001, together with our group of dedicated producers, we have supplied the hospitality industry both locally and abroad with premium live marron and freshly caught rainbow trout from the southern forest region of Western Australia.
​
During this time Blue Ridge Marron has grown to become one of the largest wholesalers of live marron in Australia sourcing product from throughout Western Australia.
OUR TEAM

​Blue Ridge Marron’s directors play a hands on role in every aspect of the business from production through to harvesting, processing and sales. Being farmers ourselves we have an intimate knowledge of marron, giving you the freshest most consistent product available. With formal qualifications in aquaculture and seafood science, our staff are among the most qualified to assist with your enquiries, be you a chef or a prospective marron grower.
OUR FACILITY
In 2006 Blue Ridge Marron completed construction of its state of the art facility West of Manjimup, in the heart of truffle country.

In our specially designed facility, Blue Ridge Marron are purged under optimum conditions ensuring they arrive in top condition.

Prior to packaging Blue Ridge Marron are hydro chilled to maintain temperature and minimise stress during transportation.
​
Our facility is fully AQIS accredited and registered for export into the European Union (EU). Quality control systems are in place throughout every step of our HACCP processing chain to maintain food safety and product integrity of the highest standard. Our quality control allows for full traceability back to the point of harvest.
